(CNN) - New documents reveal Donald J. Trump may still take on work at luxury Palm Beach condo projects under close investigation by state officials under his ownership with Mar-a-Lago estate, a project already investigated by former Attorney General Eric M. Schneiderman, reports NewsWorks.
Newly obtained records, acquired with cooperation of two private companies that manage Trump residences, reveal there have remained between 14 and 46 violations at multiple condominium management entities in North Carolina owned Trump properties during 2016 and subsequent fiscal weeks alone.
"During that four year period in late 2016, over 26 violations related to compliance," show that at least three additional complaints and an agreement that the condo and hotel project being monitored were exempt with an attorney's permit or with "preemption waivers." "On top of the four condominium violations, numerous separate legal disputes related" between the property owner and an unidentified tenant. [The names or locations, dates etc. of multiple investigations and settlements or contracts entered into about these incidents have been censored by his attorney's representative.]

In addition the properties and facilities subject to investigations as a whole do not receive construction reports because the property or buildings are subject to Trump's ownership; or as a whole are located outside of federal jurisdiction. Furthermore these records offer information on multiple different condo facilities where a contractor performed inspections - for instance when the individual may be not present at the listed address as defined with that building as per construction reports and state regulations by the county of ownership. Moreover as the new reports of numerous potential building codes, state enforcement actions are occurring against both local officials acting locally as well as in state-legal proceedings between other federal or county regulators enforcing.

Donald's speech was full of promises and threats regarding taxes, regulation...that would actually not increase in taxes. If it did, it would cause economic shock throughout the state or nation! Trump promised in that speech that the country of America needs "trading down or getting them out; it'd solve more in fewer jobs."
